Share my ensuite room with me as my roommate –£500

This advert is actually to find a roommate to share my ensuite room with(we will be living in the room together as roommates). Your first rent is £550, continously £500. The room is spacious with a double bed, you get your own wardrobe and a space in the shoe rack for your shoes. There is TV and free Netflix subsciption, there is fan, and heater for highest comfort. The house doesn't come with a WiFi but you can use my broadband in our room for free. You don't need to buy tissue papers as I always buy enough. We can share my hair electronic gadgets together and maybe my toaster, iron and blender if you know how to handle electronics well. There is enough fridge and freezer space in the kitchen for you to use. I really want my new roommate to be comfortable and be able to save some cash you won't be paying any deposit as I already paid the deposit.
I would prefer someone who goes to work or work & school often in other to always meet up early with rent as we can't afford delay in rent.
I hope to get someone mentally stable, understanding, clean and neat and I hope we get along and enjoy our stay in peace as roommates. No live in landlord here. Please chat me up for full pictures of the room and it's bathroom.
