Roommate for a spacious ensuite wanted

This advert is actually to find a roommate to share my room with. The room spacious with a double bed, you get your own wardrobe and a space in the shoe rack for your shoes. Please not in mind that I need someone with less properties, one or two boxes only. The whole flat doesn't come with a WiFi but you can use my broadband for free. You don't need to buy tissue papers as I always buy enough. You don't need to buy bottle water as I always buy in bulk so you get to drink for free. We can share my hair electronic gadgets together and maybe my toaster, iron and blender if you know how to handle electronics well. There is enough fridge and freezer space in the kitchen for you to use. I really want my new roommate to be comfortable and be able to save some cash you won't be paying any deposit as I already paid the deposit.
I would prefer someone who goes to work or work & school often in other to always meet up early with rent as we can't afford delay in rent.
I hope to get someone mentally stable, understanding, clean and neat and I hope we get along and enjoy our stay in peace.
