Myself (32) and Sophie (30), are looking for a third girl to live with us in our new-ish build flat in Barking. Sophie’s been here 4 years and we’ve lived here together for 2 years, and we absolutely love it!
We’re looking for someone who’s clean, tidy and respectful of others’ space. We love a chat but we also enjoy a quiet, relaxing space. So, we're looking for someone who is friendly and social but who doesn't bring the party home. Sorry, no couples!
The flat is spacious, modern and furnished. Rent for your room is £860. Bond is £791 and there is a £50 name change fee. Bills come to ~£130. You’ll be sharing a bathroom with me (Soph has an ensuite). Move in date is flexible but looking at around the 1st of December 2025.
Our landlord requires us to be in full time employment and requires our household to be earning a certain amount per annum. Please bare this in mind when messaging!
We have access to a free gym in the complex, there’s a concierge 8am-9pm on weekdays and 9am-1pm on Saturdays. There’s also a communal “common room” type space that includes a quiet room that’s ideal for working from home.
We are a 5 min walk to a big Tescos and a 10 min walk to a big Asda. The high street is also a 10 min walk from our flat.
Barking has amazing transport links - Hammersmith & City line, District line, Suffragette Overground line and the c2c. We also have a bus stop directly behind the building.
