Two girls needed for double room

Recommend property on ground floor.
Girls only! We need two girls or one single girl who can afford this apartment. There are two rooms. In one room, there is a lady, and the other one is free. The bath and kitchen are shared. Girls from Nepal, India, and Pakistan are preferred. We want someone who is clean, tidy, and keeps the property as her own. We prefer daily cleaning as it takes 10 to 15 minutes or less. Waiting for the ideal nice and polite Tenant who make it feel like a home and family thanks.
It's a 5 to 10 min walk to Asda and the train station bus stop is just outside the property, a 1 min walk. There's a park nearby and Ilford Lane is a 20 min walk.
