A double room (for a single person) is available in a 2-bedroom ground floor flat - 800 including bills. The room comes with wall shelves, a mirrored wardrobe and a double bed.

You’ll be sharing the flat with me, a live-in landlord working full time in tech, and a friendly dachshund called Ella.

The flat includes a living room, a fully equipped kitchen, and a utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer. There is both a front and back garden. Shops, GP, bus stop, and post office are all a 30-second walk away. Barking Riverside Overground is about a 20-minute walk, and Barking Underground station is around 10 minutes by bus.
