Bedroom 2: Front-facing double bedroom with fitted wardrobes. Furnished with a double bed and bedside cabinets. Suitable for a couple.

Bedroom 3: Single bedroom, unfurnished.

The entire house is available and includes:

Newly fitted bathroom with rainfall shower

Outside, there is a large private garden with lawn and patio areas.

At the end of the garden is a fully powered, Wi-Fi-enabled home office, suitable for those who spend some time working from home.

Please note: no guests are permitted to sleep in the office.

Upney Station: a brisk 5-minute walk or around 7 minutes at a leisurely pace

Barking Station: approximately 15 minutes on foot

The street is quiet and residential, with a small parade of local shops nearby including takeaways, convenience stores, hairdressers, launderettes and a flower shop.
