Furnished Double Bedroom in Calm, Clean Household

A fully furnished double bedroom is available to rent in a quiet and well-maintained flat. The room includes a double bed, a double-door wardrobe, and a three-drawer chest, with enough space to add a chair if needed.

The flat is very calm, clean, and peaceful. There are no parties, no smoking, and no alcohol allowed in the property. This home is best suited for someone who is working, busy with their own routine, and values a quiet living environment.

The kitchen and washroom are shared, so we are looking for someone who is clean, organised, and respectful. A specific day will be agreed once a week for deep cleaning of the shared areas, and day-to-day cleanliness is expected after each use (keeping the kitchen and washroom clean and dry).

We have a cat in the house. If you have pet allergies, this place may not be suitable. The cat is very calm and friendly and does not disturb the household.

For safety reasons, CCTV is installed in the common areas and will remain active.
