The room is spacious, freshly presented and ready to make your own. It includes a comfortable king-size bed and a large built-in wardrobe that will be completely empty for your use, offering excellent storage space. The room comfortably accommodates the bed along with additional furniture, with soft carpeting and a large window that brings in plenty of natural light.
The bedroom door can be securely locked, and keys will be provided for your privacy and peace of mind.

🚿 Bathroom
You will share a clean, well-maintained bathroom with mainly one other person, creating a calm and comfortable shared living arrangement.

🍳 Kitchen Facilities
The kitchen is bright and fully equipped. The stove and oven will be exclusively for the new tenant’s use, giving you full freedom and convenience when cooking.
While most cupboards are currently used by the main residents, some storage space can be cleared for you. In addition, a dedicated mini fridge freezer will be provided exclusively for the new lodger, giving you your own private food storage space.

The property is tidy, welcoming and well looked after, offering a respectful and peaceful living environment.
There is a separate entrance to the house, and you will be provided with your own keys for easy access.
