The flat itself is clean, well-kept, and has a calm, relaxed atmosphere, a nice place to come home to😊 There’s also access to the balcony, perfect for relaxing outdoors, as well as parking available.

You’d be sharing with me, I’m 28 and work in sales. I have a fairly quiet lifestyle and enjoy keeping the flat a peaceful, comfortable, and respectful space.

I’m looking for someone who is easygoing, tidy, and considerate of shared areas. It’s also important that you’re happy living with a cat, as I have one at home 🐾
