I have a medium sized, furnished double room in a refurbished house, Barking. The room will be available from 1st of May.

Rent would be £650 for a single person.

Couples / two friends(girls) can share the room for additional £150…

The house is very well connected to the public transportations. 5 minutes walking distance from Barking station - from where you can reach Central London in 20 minutes by district, Hammersmith, C2C or overground trains. 24 hour bus routes either towards central London or Stratford is just one minute away from the house.

5 minutes walking to all the supermarkets including Asda superstore, Iceland, lidl, Tesco, Poundland & MacDonald, KFC, Nando’s & 24 hour gym.

All the household items will be provided(bed, mattress, chest of drawers, wardrobe, table & chair) & all of those are brand new.

We are very friendly South Indian family & preferably looking for quiet, decent female tenants or couples.
