The room is available for two days a week, with no fixed preference on which days, and it can also work for the occasional third day if work requires it.

I’m looking for someone happy to commit for at least two months to start with. After that, there’s flexibility on a weekly basis, and it’s fine to skip one week a month if needed for things like bank holidays, sickness, annual leave, or similar.
