I have a double bedroom available in my lovely two-bedroom flat in Barking Riverside.

💷 Rent: £1,100 per month

⚡ Bills: Approximately £120 per month

The flat comes with a balcony and is located in a really peaceful area with lots of greenery, parks, and scenic walking spots nearby.

You’ll only be sharing with me. I’m very laid back, love to listen to my music and watching movies. I work from home as a lash tech so you’ll be getting free sets 🤭 especially if you can act as my model for new sets I’m trying out. Hygiene/Cleanliness is a big thing for me.

🚆 Barking Riverside Overground station is only a 10-minute walk away

🛥️ Uber Boat is around a 5-minute walk

🏋🏾 I don’t know about gyms nearby but I’m doing my research.

Please note: unfortunately, there is no parking available.

PS: I have two maltipoos🐶 very cuddly but they’re puppies so currently in the worse stage EVER😭
