We are seeking a tenant (preferably female) who is tidy, respectful, and comfortable living in family oriented household environment. While we welcome individuals from all backgrounds, we expect adherence to basic household etiquette.

The property offers a shared kitchen, TV lounge, toilet, and shower facilities, which are to be kept clean by all tenants on a rota basis.

The room available to let, shown in the picture above, is a carpeted double room furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, bedside table, and TV table. It is bright and well-ventilated, featuring a large window with curtains, making it a comfortable and pleasant living space.

Located in a quiet residential area, the house is close to local shops, bus stops, parks, and Goodmayes Station, with convenient connections to Central and West London.
