Room to let

It’s a 2 bedroom house with front and back garden. Me and my daughter in the house. she is full time studying and I am full time working.
I want female only to join in our house. who will feels like it’s there own home free and comfortable.
Mostly we are out during the day. we have a cat who comes only for food unless my daughter is home. not good friendship with me.
We are easy going person no restrictions for anything accept overnight visitors. i don’t have pictures at the moment if you interested kindly message me I ll send them. also if it’s only for one female can negotiate the price a bit.
