Straight ahead, you will find one door that leads you into the open plan living and dining space. With your fully fitted kitchen first, the area opens out towards the balcony, providing excellent natural lighting into the apartment and a great space for entertaining in warmer seasons.

The kitchen also includes a storage cupboard including your utility and washer-dryer. The second double bedroom is suited on the opposite side, featuring a built-in wardrobe and ensuite bathroom.

Being within 20 minutes of Canary Wharf, and less to reach Westfield Stratford City, commuting from Fresh Wharf is easy whether by road or rail. You have access to the City of London and everything it has to offer, but are able to return to a river-side sanctuary to relax and unwind. The site is just 1 mile from Barking Town Centre for all your day-to-day requirements including leisure and retail.
