Bright Ensuite Room in Modern Flat

Hey! I'm moving out of my flat at the end of August, so we're looking for a female to take over my room in this lovely two-bedroom flat.

You'll be living with my current flatmate, who is 31. Our home has always been calm and clean, and we're looking for someone who'd be a good fit.

The flat is in a quiet, modern development around a 10-minute walk from Barking Station (on the District line) so it’s ideal for people commuting.

The room is a spacious double with its own ensuite bathroom, and the flat also has a private balcony.

We're looking for someone who is:

A working professional
Female
Ideally 30+ (28+ considered)
Clean, tidy and considerate
A non-smoker
Not bringing pets
Looking for somewhere to call home on a long-term basis
