Double room to rent - barking

I am a quiet, self-contained person. I enjoy the company of others, but also like my own space. I have an old black cat, but she's very friendly. I would like to live with a quiet, non-smoking, reliable person who doesn't mind cats.

The room
1. Good size double room in a modest three bedroom terraced house
2. Contains a double bed, fitted wardrobes, a desk and a lamp
3. Has wooden blinds to the window.

1. There is a large shared bathroom with bath and shower.
2. Kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine, gas hob and electric oven
3. Through lounge with dining table for shared use
4. Garden.

Local area:
1. Near Barking station, which is in the town centre - 10 minutes over railway bridge or by bus
2. The station is served by District and Hammersmith & City tube, C2C train line to Fenchurch Street (10 minutes journey time) and London Overground
3. The town centre has a range of shops - Asda, Boots, Superdrug, JD Sports and a weekly market (Saturday/Tuesday/Thursday)
