Double room for rent (for one person only) very close to Upney underground station (3min walk) good bus routes (62, 287, 368 towards Barking, Chadwell heath, Rainham), just by the A13 and cloise to A406. The food shops arround is Tesco express, (LIDL, ASDA in Barking Town centre and other shops).

The house is semi- detached converted into ground and first floor flats. The landlord lives on the ground floor. On the first floor there is two bedrooms (single and double rooms). There is also bathroom with WC and Kitchen-dining area. The bills are included in the rent (electricity, gas, broadband, council tax, water). The rent is £850 per month +£850 deposit required (references will be required and proof of employment or payslips, clear criminal history).

There is large parking space.

I am looking for working person (professional) who likes to live in a tidy and cosy home and respects other people. Preferably not person who WFH as other tenant works nights, so if calls needs to be answered or meetings held that would disturb other tennants sleep. You will be sharing the bathroom+WC, kitchen-dining area with one person only.

This room for single occupancy and only for full time working people (students can be considered).

Preferably non smokers, smokers will be considered but bear in mind that smoking only outside the property.
