The room is a double with en-suite, has a chest of drawers and built in wardrobe and ottoman bed. The living room/kitchen is open plan and there’s a large balcony.

The area has very good transport links, with several buses going to Barking, Dagenham Heathway, Goodmayes and Romford stations - so a good range of lines to choose from!

I have a 3yr old super friendly (and excitable) cavapoo who lives in a corner of the living room.

I run an events decorating business so on occasion when I prep from home, the living room becomes a bit of a workshop!

If you drive you won’t be able to park in the bays, as there is only 1 permit per household. But there are spaces along the side streets and free parking in the leisure centre just opposite the complex.
