A double ensuite room with seperate large work area is available in a vegetarian house located in a quiet residential area in Chadwell Heath (RM8 1BW). The house is within a 10-minute walk to Chadwell Heath station (Elizabeth line), offering a quick 10 minutes to Stratford. Ideal for anyone who works from home a couple of days per week.
The room is a double room on the first floor (no other residents on this floor and hence very private) with a double bed, inbuilt wardrobes, workspace, access to additional work table in the landing area and an ensuite with bathtub for explusive access to the resident of this room. The live in landlord visits every few months and might live in the other bedroom on this floor for a couple of days.
The house is vegetarian (no cooking or conusmption of meat / fish allowed in the property) and the landlords are very particular about cleanliness and maintaining the household. It's a fully equipped house with access to washing machine, tumble dryer, and dishwasher. You would be sharing the house with 2 other people.
The upstairs bathroom next to your room would be exclusively for your access and not shared with anyone. There is a cleaner who comes once a week who vacuums and mops the house, and cleans the kitchen and toilet/bathrooms.
The rent includes council tax and water bill.
Energy, internet (£12 per person), and cleaning charges (£25-30 per person) are additionally to be paid for per month.
