(The house is 4 bedrooms with 2 washrooms).

Room one £785
Room Two: £995. for single occupancy or £550 per person when sharing two

The above rentals are for single occupancy only.
The Room Two may be made available for couple for a premium.

The property is close to amenities including Underground(District Line), Tesco, Asda, Argos, KFC, Starbucks, Schools, and Park.

Rents are inclusive of all bills for single occupants only.

You can be a student or a full-time working professional. As long you can be clean and tidy. Does not make noise and have good habits for sharing a place, you are welcome to contact me.
