There's a shared comfortable living room (including a dining area), kitchen, bathroom and a nice big garden. Nearby there is a supermarket, a post office, a health centre, takeaways and restaurants. Transport links are good, with Upney, Barking and Becontree Stations a short bus ride or a not too long walk away. There are a couple of nice parks that are a short walk away. Looking for a neat and tidy female, and overnight guests are allowed on occasion, but notice needs to be given. Rent £850.00 per calendar month, including all bills.
