The room is 7 mins. Walk to London underground and very close to everything you need. Its easy access to buses, trains and shops. It comes with a king size bed, wardrobe and plenty drawers for storage.

I am a professional female living with school going child. I work from home.

I let the room to female students or professional females. Would consider male with verified info.
As an option, I would also consider 2 females willing to share the double room for rent £900 all bills inclusive.

Cleaning charges are not included. If you clean timely then there is no cleaning charge. Cleaning would include common areas hallway, toilet, bathroom and the kitchen.
