The house is in an ideal location with various amenities being close by; Asda superstore, local park Mayesbrook, BetterGym, take away and eat in restraunts and lots more. Both Barking highstreet and Ilford are close.

The house has a dining and living room, shared kitchen, nice garden and a family sized bathroom.

The room is in great condition. It includes, dressing table/desk built in wardrobe and shelves and a comfy single bed.

Rent is £540 - includes ALL bills, wifi and council tax. (£250 deposit)


We are both working professionals, we love travelling and going out with our 2 school aged children. We will always respect your space.

We are preferably looking for a FEMALE working professional or student. Who is clean and tidy.
