Single room near the Heathway station

This is a single room to let. It’s a two bed room flat attached to my house.

The double room is occupied by a couple. Originally from Bangladesh in caring visa.

There is a bathroom and a kitchen for tenants in both room to use. The whole flat is designed for only 3 people.

It’s located on a cul de sac in a very quiet road. It’s 5-7 mins walk away from the station and shopping centre.

Looking for a single person ideally a female who holds a job. The couple living in the double room are clean and respectful.

The room is fully furnished and only 6 months old.
