We have two furnished rooms available in our flat – a double room for £900/month (bills included) and a single room for £650/month (bills included). The flat includes a shared kitchen and living room, offering a cozy and comfortable environment for all.

We are a friendly Hindu couple looking for either one couple or two ladies for the double room, and one lady or man for the single room. The flat is conveniently located 12-15 minutes' walk from Upney Station, with grocery shops, off-licenses, and a pharmacy just 2-4 minutes away. Bus stops are also just 2 minutes away, providing excellent transport links. Mayesbrook Park is a short 3-minute walk, perfect for outdoor activities and relaxation.

We prefer tenants who are hygienic, respectful of personal space, and value a clean, organised kitchen and living space. We're seeking individuals with positive energy and a welcoming attitude. You are free to cook anything except beef and pork.
