The house comes with a conservatory for extra space and has an equipped kitchen, comfortable shared living area, bathroom, garden, washer & dryer and a high-speed Wi-Fi.

There are two toilets and a shared bath with regular cleaning done by a professional.

We’re in a safe, quiet, friendly area with easy access to local shops, transport links, gym, etc. Commuting into central London is a breeze - 10 minutes’ walk to the Becontree station, 15 minutes ride from Barking station and 20 minutes’ walk from Goodmayes station.

You’ll be sharing with just me. I’m a working professional, easy-going, respectful of space and looking for someone who’s clean, considerate, and easy to get along with. This is a relaxed and friendly environment.
