Beautiful 1 bedroom apartment with plenty of storage space. It has a separate large living room and large modern kitchen. Large bathroom with a tub shower. A huge storage room when you first walk in with the boiler and control panel with 3 other storage cupboards (2 single cupboards and a double cupboard). This flat is beautiful and super spacious and has huge windows on all sides as it’s a corner apartment so it lets in plenty of light.

Only a 5 minute walk from Dagenham East station (district line) and plenty of bus stops all around.
On street parking is available, you will need a parking permit from the council but this can be paid annually.

Rent is due on the 4th of each month at £1350 paid to the letting agents (Hammond estates).
I have a wifi account that we can swap the name across to if required.

The flat came unfurnished aside from the bed, 1 wardrobe, and a 2 seater leather couch. However I am open to discussing what furniture can be left at an additional cost as none of it is needed for my new place.

I’m moving out simply due to wanting to move back up north to be closer to family. The contract is until July 3rd but can extend and we can move out earlier than the 4th of March this is just a provisional date.
