I’m the owner. I work across different locations and I’m rarely at the flat, so the right tenant will have the added bonus of having the place to themselves around 80% of the time, the rent is priced as a double room only arrangement. I will be there occasionally.

Nearest stations are Barking, Upney and Becontree (around 10 minutes by bus). Bus stop is 2 minutes’ walk and there are several buses to Barking.

Ideal for a tidy, respectful working person. Not suitable for students.
