House is close to district line Becontree station (10 minutes walk), also 24hr ASDA, shopping centre, Dagenham Dock station (C2C fast train 28 min to London Fenchurch Street), primary and secondary schools (Castle Green centre and open space), GP, Post Office and East London University.
Ultra Fast Internet (1000Mbps) and all other bills and council tax are included in rent
