The house is occupied by the homeowner and her daughter, with one room currently rented to a student. We are looking for a female tenant who is clean, respectful and considerate.

The kitchen is an open-plan part of the family home and is intended for cooking and eating rather than socialising or spending extended periods of time. When the homeowner and her daughter are out at work, the tenant is welcome to relax in the shared areas or garden.

🚫 No Visitors

As this is a family home, visitors and overnight guests are not permitted. The main entrance opens directly into the living room, so we feel this arrangement is important for the family’s privacy and comfort.
