We're a two minute walk to the local shops, including a Co-Op, post office and fish and chip shop! Tesco is a ten minute walk, and it's only 15 minutes walk to the High Street with a good mix of shops, restaurants and cafés. There's also a nice country park / lake and lovely parks nearby.

Conveniently located for all travel: It’s only a 12 minute walk to Gants Hill station on the Central Line – then 20 minutes in to Liverpool Street or 30 minutes to Oxford Circus. And it’s just a five minute drive to the M11 with easy access to the M25.

Please note, the house is up for sale, which is why we’re offering it on a short-term month to month basis. Potential buyers will pop their heads around the door to view the rooms (with plenty of notice), hence the lower than average price.
