We have a single bedroom to rent out. The room includes a single bed and wardrobe. It's in a nice and quiet location of Barkingside. You are able to walk to Barkingside station within 10 mins or you can walk to Fairlop Underground station within 7 to 10 mins from the house.

We have a small dog so ideally someone who is pet friendly ir is ok with dogs. He is a small, fun and loving family dog.

The house is a very clean and spacious house with plenty of natural light and sunshine coming into it. We have a very modern bathroom and kitchen which you will share with us.

There is also a weekly cleaner that cleans the house which you can pay to use her services.

You also are able to use the fridge freezer, washing machine and dryer.

The house is equipped with hi speed Internet. The house is very safe and secure fitted with an security alarm system and safety grills.
