Fairlop or Barkingside underground station is 14-18minutes by walk, 5 minutes by bike, or 7-9minutes by bus with bus stops nearby. There is a Tesco superstore and Sainsbury superstore within 15 mins walk from the house.
The rent amount mentioned is for single person, it would be 1350 for couple. Any other house room won't be rented out, so one would enjoy quite and spacious environment.
