We’ve got two rooms available in a big, bright house with plenty of space to share. There’s a lounge, an open plan kitchen downstairs, and another kitchen plus 2 Bathrooms.

The house has a lovely open garden and off-street parking if you drive. We’re super well connected too: just 3–4 minutes’ walk to the Central Line, buses, and easy links to Ilford for the Elizabeth Line. If you’re driving, the A406 and M11 are really close. Shops and essentials are all around the corner, so it’s really handy.

It’s a friendly, relaxed place and we’re looking for people who’ll feel at home here. Including all bills
