Rent & bills explained:
☆£700 deposit
☆£700 Rent per month in advance of moving in
☆ Plus Half Share of Monthly Household Expenses (roughly it has been £175-230 per person or less a month)
> Depending on usage per month - it can vary - This includes Half share of household costs (includes council tax, broadband, TV licence, use of Electric, Gas , Water). The variability aspect is Mainly dependent on the homes utilities usage (per person) ie Gas/Electric and water. Monthly meter readings checked to determine usage and costs.

☆ Minimum contract term – 6 months.
☆ 2 month notice required for deposit return.

The room that is available is a very spacious 'loft' conversion with your own en-suite with a sink, toilet and shower.
The room comes with
* Large double bed and mattress with mattress cover,
* Large inbuilt wardrobes,
* x2 full height bookcases,
* x2 under bed storage drawers with ample further space alongside each one
* Storage eve space - to say store your suitcases and packing materials.
* Bedside table unit and lamp.
and plenty of space that you can organise in your own style and needs
(i. e. Space for your own desk/or your own further storage units). You would have to own your own pillows and duvet.

Property within a new build estate, theres A cosy (shared) living room and kitchen where one can have a chat and enjoying your meals, a glass of wine, a cup of tea or coffee.
You would have to provide for your own use cultery, cooking ware and utensils, cups and plates. None of these are shared.
