I have a lovely large double bedroom to rent in a spacious flat in the desirable South Park Court in Beckenham.

A bit about me: I'm a 33 year old project manager working in the city. I work regular office hours, sometimes travelling during the week but when I'm home I like to cook, relax with a glass of wine and watch TV. I'm also training for a half marathon this year so have joined the gym locally so feel free to join me! On weekends Borough Market is a regular haunt as well as the local Beckenham pubs with friends.

About the flat:

- Spacious double fully furnished (but space to bring your own furniture & make it your own!)
- The room is currently without a wardrobe, in case you want to bring your own, but I am very happy to furnish with a wardrobe prior to anyone moving in

- Spare room with sofa bed - great for visitors & extra storage (also my treadmill, welcome to use!)
