Bright Double Rooms in a Friendly Nice Clean House

Available, two double bedrooms with space, privacy and plenty of light.

Bedroom 1 has just been freshly decorated and equipped with brand new furniture. It has a large bay window with plenty of light and sunlight from the early sun. It is the larger of the two (largest in the house).

Bedroom 2 is a bright double bedroom with a window embracing the sunrise and another one over looking the garden for the sunset. Recently decorated and includes a large spacious wardrobe and chest of drawers.

You will share the upstairs bathroom, kitchen and living area downstairs. The kitchen/breakfast has appliances including a dish-washer. There is also a separate large dining room if required. You have the use of an automated washing machine and a tumble dryer.

The house is occupied by me and my daughter. I live downstairs while you will share upstairs with my daughter and the other tenant. Hence that is why I am asking for only females.

The house benefits from unlimited fibre wi-fi broadband. There is a carport at the back of the garden in case you need to store your bicycle. There is parking space across the road if you have a car.

Smoking is not allowed in the house, however, one may smoke in the garden, or under the roof of the carport.

The house is minutes walk from several parks and playing fields, including the beautiful Kelsey Park. Beckenham High Street with its many restaurants, shops, pubs and wine bars is 10-20 minutes walk away.

Eden Park Station with links to London Bridge is only 10 minutes walk, with services to Westminster, Charing Cross. Beckenham Junction is 20 minutes walk away or 5 minutes by bus, with trains to Victoria. A bus stop is in front of the door with direct services to Croydon and Bromley through Beckenham High Street. The night bus stops in Beckenham High street which is 15 minutes walk. A bus link 5 minutes walk takes you to Orpington past the PRUH. SL5 is 10 minutes up the road.
