We are looking for a friendly professional to rent this well located house share at the center of Beckenham Junction.

There is 1 room currently available. A second en-suite room will be available on September 28th.

The available room is located on the first floor and furnished with:

-chest of drawers
-bedside table
The room shares a bathroom with an adjacent room and is cleaned weekly.
The photographs show the room and also the shared bathroom.

The second room has its own shower and toilet and is located on the ground floor. I have uploaded a few photos taken during the renovation of the room last year.

The communal area includes:

-fully kitted-out kitchen/diner with large TV
-separate laundry cupboard
-rear garden with patio, picnic table and bench

About the location:
- you will be less than a minute from Beckenham High Street where you can find indie bakeries, cafes, great pubs, bars, and restaurants. It's a vibrant and bustling high street with lots of dining options.
- you will be less than 10 minutes walk to Beckenham Junction train and tram station. Here you will find frequent over ground and rail trains to Victoria, London Bridge, Blackfriars, Waterloo. The tram line will take you to Wimbledon via Croydon.
