Person wanted to share my flat, so use of all facilities.

Double room in luxury 6 year old flat with its own family sized bathroom.

The flat is on the ground floor with own garden, seating area, built in BBQ, hot tub, fire pit and multi gym, gym bench and weights. Cleaner comes once a month.

It's a 5-minute walk to Shortlands station and local shops.

This modern and beautifully decorated flat boasts a 20’x31’ living room, full height/length patio doors to garden, breakfast bar, and electric blinds in all rooms.

The price includes super fast Wifi and full Sky TV package incl Netflix in all rooms - 75” TV in lounge and a wall mounted TV in your room. Your room has patio doors to the garden.

My 13 year old son stays with me up to twice a week.
