I am an artist living in Beckenham (on Albemarle Road). My one bed flat is about ten minutes walk from both Shortlands and Ravensbourne station, and 15 minutes walk from Beckenham Junction. Its also close to a bus stop (number 227).

There is free parking on the road and limited parking on the flat forecourt.

I am moving to Crystal Palace for around a year and so would like to rent my place as a one bed flat (to one person only, not couples). The conditions are that I would still have access when necessary (mainly as I have stock/art supplies in cupboards I would need to get to very occasionally, but I would be living in Crystal Palace). The flat has a large main bedroom with a spacious separate kitchen and large lounge area, with balcony, and average sized bathroom. Its a quiet block in a very nice and green area. Its also a 10 minute walk to Beckenham Place park which is just lovely and very relaxing. The flat is pretty large at 570 sq ft.

I am pretty easy going and would want someone to feel at home, but to also be happy with these conditions (they can be discussed). It's furnished but there is space for your stuff, whilst having some of my art stuff still around the place!

All bills would be included, with fair use of the heating. Although the flat is very well insulated and doesn't need much heating in general.

Looking for a friendly person who likes peace - no partying in the flat as the block is very quiet. I would hope for us to have a good and friendly relationship.

Move in date needs to be in the first two weeks of January.
