Double bedroom furnished with bed, bedside table and lamp, two double wardrobes (built in - one is shelves, one is hanging space) and dressing table.

Open plan kitchen/living room with dining table, TV, dishwasher, gas hob, oven and use of kitchenware/crockery/cutlery.

Also, use of shared bathroom with bath/shower and bathroom cabinet space.

Washing machine and tumble drier in flat.

5-6 mins walk to Clock House station (22 mins to London Bridge, 25 mins to Waterloo, 28 mins to Charing Cross)

10-15 mins walk to Kent House station (trains to Dulwich, Brixton, London Victoria)

10-15 mins walk to Beckenham town centre for shops. restaurants and cinema

All bills included (utilities, council tax (band B), broadband, cleaner every fortnight).

Parking on road outside flat available (once you have a bill showing that you are a resident).

I am home most nights after work in London, sometimes gym, cook dinner, watch TV, bed around 10:30/11. Would like to live with someone who likes the odd glass of wine in front of the telly, equally happy if you'd rather keep yourself to yourself.
