I am happy to socialise with my flatmate but I respect their personal space as I value my own. This is not a party household and smoking is not permitted.

For commuters, it couldn’t be more convenient with two buses (227 & 367) available on Bromley Road, plus it is only an 850m walk to (Zone 4) Beckenham Junction linking to the City and South West London both by rail and the tramlink through Croydon
