Hi, I am looking for a clean and friendly roommate to move into my fully furnished spare room.

The location is excellent and situated directly on the high street with plenty of restaurants, supermarkets and other shops. It's a short walk to Beckenham Junction and slightly longer walk to Clock House. Both stations go direct into central London (Charing X, Victoria, Waterloo East and London Bridge) so ideal for a professional working in London.

The room itself is furnished with a double bed frame and mattress plus lining. It comes with a desk and stylish chair as well as a big window to allow for natural light.

The bathroom is modern fitted with a stone shower. The bathroom is shared. The living area is paired with the kitchen that has all relevant appliances plus a Ninja Air Max.

There is also an outside roof terrace that is lovely to use during the summer months for sunbathing or dinner al fresco
