Bright big double bedroom + single room

I am looking for a friendly, tidy and considerate housemate to share my beautiful house. You would be living with just me (female professional) and my two little dogs, plus a profusion of house plants. Ideally you would be an animal lover as my two fluffsters will definitely want to be your friends. I work from home 3 to 4 days a week.

The rent of £1,500 pcm is for the two rooms together - the large, bright, furnished main bedroom with a king-sized bed and plenty of storage, plus the adjoining single room which can be set up for you to use as an office if you often work from home.

The common areas include a bathroom with bath and separate walk-in shower, a spacious living room with a big TV and lots of books, a utility room with a washing machine & tumble dryer, a separate w/c on the ground floor, and a gorgeous, well-equipped kitchen diner. Outside there is a patio with comfy seating for warm weather days and a beautiful garden with well-frequented bird feeders and an ornamental pond.

The house is in a quiet cul-de-sac a very short walk away from shops, restaurants, and bus stops. Eden Park train station is about 12 minutes' walk away (or an insignificant bus ride), Elmer's End Station is about a 25-min walk. David Lloyd's gym is a short walk away and lovely Kelsey Park is within reach over a longer walk (~20 min). Beckenham town centre, with its shops, cafes, restaurants and cinema, is a short bus ride away

Rent is inclusive of all bills including utilities, council tax, very fast broadband, Netflix, and a weekly cleaner. There is no on-site parking unfortunately but there is usually street parking available in the area.
