Looking for flatmate in Becknham

Hello! I am looking for a flatmate as my current flatmate is leaving me to live with her bf :'( !

The flat consists of two double bedrooms, a living room/study for the second room when wfh, a bathroom and kitchen. The current arrangement I have is that my flatmate uses the living room essentially as a study as my room is a little larger. Council tax is about £85 on top with £33.50 in bills (including Wi-Fi). I currently handle the council tax while my flatmate handles the bills.

We're less than a minute's walk down the road from Clock House station which is about 20mins to London Bridge and 30mins to Charing Cross so I think it's a pretty stellar deal! There's also Kent House station an 8min walk away which can get you to Victoria in around 20mins. The town centre is super close, about a 10min walk to the big Sainsburys (there's also a small Sains just round the corner) and there are a couple of really nice parks around - it's a very lovely area, though definitely not ideal if you're looking for night's out haha!

I currently work on Fleet Street and typically go into the office about twice a week, so I usually wfh. I'm pretty chilll, definitely not a party flat as there just isn't the room haha, but v. happy with people bringing SOs over (so long as its not for extended periods of time - we usually check with each other before bringing people over).
