One available double room with an extra study room (you would get both rooms for £780 per month all bills included) in a two bedrooms flat. The room and study room face each other, with a shared kitchen, and shared bathroom with bathtub.
All bills are included, even WiFi!

The flat is less than a minute's walk down the road from Clock House station which is about 20mins to London Bridge and 30mins to Charing Cross! There's also Kent House station an 8min walk away which can get you to Victoria in around 20mins.

The town centre is super close, about a 10min walk to the big Sainsburys (there's also a small Sains just round the corner) and there are a couple of really nice parks around - it's a very lovely and safe area!
The flatmate works for a legal ranking company and works from home 3 days a week.
