Lovely 2 bedroom, split level (raised ground floor and lower ground) flat in Beckenham with 1 Large double bedroom available with tonnes (and I mean tonnes) of storage! You have a wall of floor to ceiling wardrobes with hanging space and shelves. En-suite half bathroom which includes a loo, sink and a heated towel rail. From your room, you’d have your own private entrance to the flat from the shared garden space but the main front door is also a separate entrance to the rest of the building. You’ll get plenty of natural light with a whole wall of windows from your room.

There’s a shared living room space on the upper floor between both bedrooms, with enough space for a large sofa and tv (these will be getting replaced). There’s a main bathroom with a separate shower and bath. There’s also a small laundry room in the bathroom with a washer/dryer and lots of storage for cleaning supplies.

Downstairs in the lower ground floor/ basement area is a large kitchen, with an ‘island’ including seating. There’s also a dining table and chairs. We have a generous fridge/freezer and a dishwasher. Right next to the kitchen/dining room is a second sort of living room area which currently has a sofa, electric piano/keyboard and is also used for exercise and storage.

We’re only a 10 walk away from the closest station (clock house) which has direct links into central London (20-30 minutes to London Bridge, Waterloo east and Charing Cross). There are also a few more stations that are a 15+ minute walk away. Shops are all close by and we’re near to quite a few parks for your daily walks and a bit of nature. There is also a free parking space, either at the front car park area by the buildings main entrance, or on the neighbouring streets.

Minimum stay is 1 year. You’ll need to be on the lease and also pay a deposit and clear the reference checks. Move in date would be from the 7th September - I’ve got some old moving boxes and storage bags if you need them too.

Bills aren’t included but usually total to about £150+ every month each. This includes council tax, water, gas and electric, insurance and wifi. The flat is furnished but you’ll need your own bed frame and mattress and a desk.

This isn’t a party flat but I’d love to become friends with whoever moves in next! My current flatmate is moving out with her boyfriend, hence the spare room. It’s a really lovely flat, it’s kept clean and the landlords look after it well. I’m open to decorating and making this just as much your home as it is mine. We can be social, have a few drinks and food, play some board games but I’ll always respect your privacy and the need for alone time.
