The room is on the first floor of the house, with a large window opening to the back garden. It has hard wood flooring, and is furnished with a double bed, a bed-side table and a wardrobe.

Also on the first floor there are two other bedrooms and a full bathroom. On the ground floor, there is a spacious kitchen with dining and sitting area that opens to a very large and peaceful back garden. There is also a toilet and a shower room, and a fourth bedroom.

The house has all the usual appliances: washing machine, dish washer, microwave, fridge/freezer etc.

The rent includes all bills (gas, electricity, water), council tax, TV licence and broadband internet.

You will share with three other males, all are professionals.

The house is located on Elmers End Road, literally 2' walk to Birkbeck station with trains to London Bridge and trams to Beckenham Junction and East Croydon. Elmers End station and Kent House station are within walking distance. There are a number of buses running in front too.

There are many green spaces and parks around. The South Norwood Country Park is just 5’ walk away. Crystal Palace Park, Beckenham Place Park, Kelsey Park are also within walking distance.

The Waterlink Way cycle path is around the corner too, taking you along canals and green spaces to Catford, Ladywell and further to Greenwich.
