Small one bedroom flat with kitchen/ living area, integrated dishwasher, microwave fridge freezer and oven. Price includes bills. The Total area is approx 27 feet by 8 feet. The Bedroom is separate and has an en-suite small shower room.

Ground floor of house (we live upstairs). Quiet female professional would be most suited. Please note that .the flat is for one person only and is self contained.

The only shared facilities are the washing machine and dryer. Please note there is no use of the garden and no parking in the driveway.

Mature working Female preferred. Someone clean, quiet and friendly. I’m 54 so you may wish to know this or bear it in mind. We tend to be mostly quiet and so it’s better if it’s someone similar. Furniture is just to show the size and arrangement. It will be rented unfurnished.

I also have a 14 year old boy and a small dog. No other pets thank you. We are friendly however you will have complete privacy. I’m a busy working lecturer- you won’t see me much!
