We live on a quiet, safe road just minutes walk from The Spa (gym), Clock House train station, Beckenham High Street and supermarkets / shops.

Our house has 3 bedrooms upstairs and a common bathroom. Each room is fully furnished with;
- Comfortable single bed, bedside table
- Wardrobe, full length mirror
- Desk, chair and desk lamp
- Fridge freezer, microwave and kettle

Downstairs there is;
- Full kitchen that can be used twice a week
- Washing machine and drying facilities
- Toilet with washbasin
- Garden

Available from Thursday 22nd August
En-suite room £830 per month
Medium room £750 per month

About us;
We are a young family that have been hosting students and guests for over 5 years now; long and short term stays through Kings School, AirBnB and privately in the past. We live downstairs with out two young toddlers and we both work in healthcare.
